The office of the bankruptcy and restructuring administrator JUDr. Ing. Veronika Škodová is constantly developing and since its formation in February 2009, it has been experiencing continuous growth especially in the process of legal restructuring.

During the restructuring process we encounter a variety of specific problems that we solve by cooperating with a number of experts in the fields of law, economics and crisis management. The administrator's office represents and provides consulting in the area of insolvency law to clients in the position of the debtor or the creditor, while ensuring professionalism and taking care to avoid any potentional conflict of interest.

The aim of the office is to effectively solve the clients' problems, to prevent the decline of a society that has the potential to make profit, to recover the society and ensure its proper functioning on the market.
